How to Book
Step 1
Determine Your Number of Guests
Before selecting a package, first confirm your total guest count. Our packages are built on the assumption that all guests will be drinking and include the correct amount of glassware to support that number. While some hosts say, “I have 70 guests but only 40 will be drinking — I’ll just book the 20–40 package with one Bartndr” choosing a smaller package will compromise your service. You won’t have enough glassware, and there won’t be sufficient staff to collect, clean, and maintain smooth service flow
Step 2
Secure your Date
To secure your booking, a $350 deposit is required when you complete the online booking form. Our staff are highly trained, well presented, and in high demand, so we do not hold dates or allocate team members without a deposit or confirmed payment. If you receive a quote and delay booking, please be aware that availability may change, as all bookings operate strictly on a first‑in, first‑served basis.​
Step 3
Build Your Menu and Go Shopping
Once your payment is made, you’ll gain exclusive access to our curated cocktail menu. After you’ve selected your cocktails, we’ll send you a complete shopping list that includes everything—from the coffee bean garnish for your espresso martinis to the bags of ice you’ll need.
You’ll also have access to a complimentary DIY Bar Setup Checklist to help you prepare your space before our team arrives, and if you need extras like eskys, bar‑top tubs, or trestle tables, you can add those on at any time.
Delivery

We proudly deliver across our service areas — please view our delivery map to see which tier your location falls into. Please note: Any locations outside of these tier areas are subject to quotation only. We still service these areas, though only upon request.
All delivery fees include next-day pickup of equipment, so you can enjoy your event stress-free.​​
Travel
Our travel fees reflect the time, distance, and fuel costs incurred by our team, who use their own vehicles to attend events.
Prep Time
PREP TIME | "What is included in the prep time?"
Prep Time refers to the dedicated period your Bartndr spends getting the bar ready prior to service. During this time, they will:
- Lay out all required glassware
- Cut and prepare garnishes
- Arrange equipment and liquor
- Configure the bar for efficient flow, including placement of eskys, tubs, and glassware crates
- Prepare drinks or cocktails on trays, ready for service upon guest arrival
What's not included in Prep Time:
- Bar construction or physical setup: This is your responsibility and can be done using the Bar Setup Checklist provided at booking.
- Icing all wines and beers in tubs: unless additional time is booked, staff will not pre-chill wine, beer, or sparkling. These beverages require at least 2.5 hours on ice prior to service. This also applies to large-scale alcohol load-ins, which can be time-consuming. If you'd prefer hands-on support for this, our Full Bar Setup Service is available at an additional cost.
Glassware
GLASSWARE | How much glassware is in the packages?

All glassware packages contain a lot of glassware but not on the ratio of 'one per person' - if this was the case you would be inundated with glassware!
These packages are devised based on the assumptions; not everyone is drinking the same beverage at the same time, and glassware is being turned over (ie washed and re-used), which would happen in any standard bar facility. Don't worry we provide you with enough glassware for your function.
Packaged glassware inclusions cannot be changed and we don't provide individual glass hire. With our BYO packages we supply you with wine, champagne, rocks and the matching cocktail glassware to the cocktails that you choose. If you are not having cocktails the price does not change as we still have to send enough glassware for all guests in attendance.
